Ryder is also mobilizing its employees across North America to participate in National Preparedness Month (September) as the Company leverages this opportunity to promote and increase awareness around the importance of safety and disaster preparedness. As an ADGP member, Ryder joins a group of industry leading companies that have pledged a minimum of $1 million in cash, goods, or services over a two-year period.

As an ADGP member, Ryder pledges its donations on an ongoing basis, in advance of major disasters, to ensure the Red Cross can respond immediately to meet the needs of those affected by disasters of all sizes. Red Cross services are provided to those in need of assistance at no cost and regardless of income through the generosity of Red Cross donors and the general public.
